Born in Københaven in 1969, Tomato Interactive's Tomas Roope holds a B.A. (Hon's) in Film, Photography and Video from the University of Westminster. Concerned with developing true interactivity in digital design, this digital wizard has worked on many high profile projects including Levi's Mini Mac/PC CD ROM / Shockwave Site and Interactive window display Levi's Europe, WakoWako.com, online animations for Mtv Awards 1999 and an online tour site for Massive Attack.

For his efforts, he has received a plethora of internationally coveted accolades including the following:

Nominated for the Art Directors Club of Europe
Short listed for Tokyo Type Directors
Winner of British Interactive Media Award
Winner of ID magazine US silver award
Short listed for Tokyo Type Directors

Roope lectures part-time at the Royal College of Art and the University of Westminster, and has served as a visiting lecturer at Space Invaders and the Koling School of Art in Denmark, the Lausanne School of Art in Swizerland and Coventry University.
